The Central Norway Regional Health Authority is announcing funding for mobilization funds towards Horizon Europe.
Funds are announced with a rolling application deadline within the following categories:
1. Support for application design - application limit is up to NOK 250,000 per application.
2. Support for implementation of awarded EU project - application limit is up to 10% of the award amount, limited to 1 MNOK.

The funding is allocated via The Liaison Committee for Education, Research and Innovation in Central Norway (Samarbeidsorganet).
Subject to the financial framework for the Central Norway RHA, a call for proposals for research funding for 2027 has been approved, and includes the following categories:
- PhD research fellowship
- Postdoctoral research fellowship
- Researcher fellowship
- Project funds
The fellowships have a duration of up to 3 years and it is possible to apply for additional funds to cover running costs and mobility grants for all fellowship positions.
Applications may be submitted by employees in the following institutions:
- Health trusts (HT) in Central Norway
- Universities and university colleges in the region, in collaboration with HT in Central Norway
- Regional Private-sector parties that have an agreement with the Central Norway RHA, in collaboration with a HT in Central Norway.
All health trusts in Central Norway are encouraged to submit applications and to enter into collaboration with other health trusts, universities and university colleges, municipalities and/or businesses in the region on joint project applications. The project applied for must be relevant to the health service and it is a prerequisite that the research is carried out with participation from health trusts in the region.
