Helse Sør-Øst RHF has an electronic (web-based) application portal. To create an application, the applicant should select the applicant institution and relevant category, and enter the title, name and e-mail address in the form below. Afterwards, you should press “create application” at the bottom right of this page.
After a few minutes, an e-mail will be sent to the selected e-mail address. This e-mail contains a link to the application form. If several people are contributing to the application, the link can be distributed between the collaborating partners for access to the form.
For work on the application, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome is recommended.
Avoid using @gmail - addresses, they block for receiving e-mail sent from eSøknad.
Ut fra valglisten velges søkerinstitusjon/klinikk som skal forankre søknaden. Det er mulig å endre valg etter at søknadsskjema er opprettet.

The Central Norway Regional Health Authority is announcing funding for mobilization funds towards Horizon Europe.
Funds are announced with a rolling application deadline within the following categories:
1. Support for application design - application limit is up to NOK 250,000 per application.
2. Support for implementation of awarded EU project - application limit is up to 10% of the award amount, limited to 1 MNOK.

When you create an application, you will receive an email with a unique link that gives you access to edit your application until it is submitted. You can share the link with any collaborators you want to have read and edit access to your application. All information is automatically saved as the form is filled out.
Please note that it is not possible to edit applications after they have been submitted, or to submit applications after the deadline.
Please select the appropriate applicant institution from the list of clinics within the health trusts in the region. Eligible institutions have already been added to the list. The correct applicant institution is the clinic where the applicant is employed or will be collaborating with.
An e-mail will automitivcally be sent to the head of clinic requesting confirmation of management commitment as the application is submitted. It is an absolute requirement that all applications for research funding from The Central Regional Health Authority Norge do have management commitment and participation fram a health trust in the region.
The host institution (i.e., the institution that will manage the project financially) must be indicated under "classification" in the application form. If the host institution is not the same as the applicant institution (f.ex.a department at NTNU), a commitment form signed by your department head must be attached with the application.
For application to Felles forskningsutvalg there must always be attached a management commitment form signed by head of department.
Select the correct application type. Make sure you have selected the correct call and correct application type before creating the application form.
A link to the application form and all other information regarding the application will be sent to the given address. Please make sure that the address is correct and in regular use.

Helse Nord RHF lyser ut forskningsmidler til prosjektetableringsstøtte for å utforme søknad om ekstern finansiering av klinisk forskning. Se Helse Nords internettside for generelle vilkår og denne ekstrautlysningen.
Søkeinstitusjon er den som ved tildeling av midler blir forskningsansvarlig, jf. lov om medisinsk og helsefaglig forskning (helseforskningsloven) §§ 6 og 4.
Det er utøvende forskers institusjonstilhørighet og institusjonen der forskningen skal foregå (forskningsansvarlig) som skal være søkeinstitusjon, selv om søker/veileder er tilsatt ved annen institusjon.
Søknaden må forankres i ledelsen ved søkeinstitusjon.
Navnet som legges inn her vil oppgis i henvendelsen om deltakelse i prosjektet til den enkelte.
Søker/prosjektleder må også legges til i deltakerlisten i søknadsskjemaet. Se beskrivelse av krav til søker i kapittel 3.2 i utlysningen.
